About DMT
Danish Myo Technology A/S (former J.P.
Trading) is a medical- and biotechnology
company with more than twenty years of
experience in the development and
manufacture of myograph equipment
designed for the in vitro assessment of
vascular structure and function.
Historically,
myography development closely mirrors the
scientific discoveries of the 1980s and
1990s when the basic mechanisms underlying
the development of vascular changes in
hypertension, diabetes and atherosclerosis
were elucidated. Basing our designs and
techniques on the methodologies of Professor
M. J. Mulvany (Inst. of Pharmacology,
University of Aarhus, Denmark), we have
integrated the needs of the user with first
class mechanical, electronical and software
engineering to become one of the worlds
leading designers and manufactures of wire,
pressure and perfusion myographs.
In this role, driven
by the requirements of our large global
customer base, we also hold an extensive
portfolio of developing technologies
including surgical, electro-physiological,
pharmacological and physiological tools used
mainly by the research community and the
pharmaceutical industries.
